National Wildlife Federation's Campus Ecology program is calling for case studies. Tell us about your sustainability and climate solutions projects on campus!

Submit a case study today - http://online.nwf.org/site/R?i=0r1vDks-uSsqZroo_5SdLw

Each year NWF's Campus Ecology program publishes case studies contributed by its members and partners telling about their campus sustainability practices and global warming solutions in the past school year (2008-2009). NWF will release these illustrated reports in Fall 2009 in our online searchable case study database, one of our most popular resources. The case study database is searchable by school, topic, state, and year. Check it out!

The case study database is used by hundreds of students, staff, faculty and administrators who tell us that it’s a source of inspiration and insight into the potentials of conservation and sustainability on their home campuses. It also serves as the primary outlet for Campus Ecology members and partners to document their accomplishments and gain national recognition. Colleges and universities throughout the U.S. have made great strides toward addressing global warming and protecting wildlife and habitat. We invite you to share your success stories, and let other campuses learn from you!

Submission deadline is June 30, 2009. There are case study guidelines and a case study template (to help you begin) at the above link.

* Schools are welcome to submit more than one case study if you are working on multiple projects in different areas of sustainability (i.e., energy, transportation, habitat, buildings, etc.).

About Campus Sustainability Day

Campus Sustainability Day was founded in 2002 as part of the Society for College and University Planning's early efforts—working with Second Nature—to support cross-departmental, cross-disciplinary, cross-functional, integrated campus planning for sustainability. A lot has happened in this area since 2002, and now—although SCUP continues to provide the cornerstone high-quality webcast for Campus Sustainability Day—this network and the day itself are a collaboration between many organizations, including HEASC members and the National Wildlife Federation's Campus Ecology Project.
